Queen of Pain wanted Storm Spirit dead. She threw her Shadow Strike dagger, a venomous blade that stuck to him, slowing him and burning his health away. Centaur, Doombringer, and Shadow Demon were there to make sure Storm Spirit couldn't escape. The poison did its work, and Storm Spirit fell.
